There are two things you will never hear when you call MultiSoft: 1) A Busy Signal and 2) Leave a Message.
Although we pride ourselves on our software, we fully understand that you will likely need help operating it along the way. MultiSoft has a knowledgeable support team whose primary business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time.
After hours support is also provided with standby technicians being available 22 out of 24 hours each day. After hours support is for emergencies only, an emergency being defined as a problem with the distributor enrollment form or a payment collection process. All other calls after hours are considered non-emergencies and billed at our current hourly rate, minimum one hour per call.
Regardless of when you call, a real person will answer the phone - no impersonal recordings and question marks regarding whether or not anyone will call you back. If you are tired of being asked to leave your name and number at the sound of the beep, you will like what MultiSoft has to offer.
MultiSoft also has an office in the Philippines that provides support to clients based in the region during those clients' normal business hours.
