Having been in the business since 1987, we understand that support issues don't always fall neatly during regular business hours. Regular support hours are offered for both North American and Asian clients with support being provided by offices in each of those geographic locations.
After hours support is also provided for clients in any location with standby technicians being available 22 out of 24 hours each day. After hours support is for emergencies only, an emergency being defined as a problem with the distributor enrollment form or a payment collection process. All other calls after hours are considered non-emergencies and billed at our current hourly rate, minimum one hour per call.
Regardless of when you call, a real person will answer the phone - no impersonal recordings and question marks regarding whether or not anyone will call you back. If you are tired of being asked to leave your name and number at the sound of the beep, you will like what MultiSoft has to offer.
