Your Dealership is in business to make sales. MultiSoft Corporation is in business to
professionally deliver on the sales that you make and to support you in your
sales efforts.
That said, since 1987 MultiSoft Corporation has successfully operated and cultivated
sales without the aid of a Dealership program. Was our way of doing things
perfect? No. Could improvement be made to our current model? Unequivocally.
We were, however, successful with the sales program that served us well for
so many years. As a result of the success we experienced, learning our system is
a requirement of the new Dealership training program.

Referral Agent:
There is no fee to become a Referring Agent and because Referring Agents
invest the least amount of effort, they receive the least amount of
support from the MultiSoft Corporation Corporate office and the lowest commission
base. Each sale generated through the website will reward the
Referring Agent with a commission on the initial value of the first sale
only.
Referring Agents do NOT receive ongoing residual commissions.

Referral Agent Requirements |

- On all of your prospects that purchase as a result of your
introduction a one-time 10% account acquisition commission is paid
to you (on the very first sale only). Ongoing residuals are NOT paid
on referrals.
- Additionally, if you refer someone else that becomes an Referral Agent, an Affiliate, Dealer or Master Dealer you’ll
receive a one-time US$50 every time they sell a new MLM Builder
system.

Affiliate Agent:
Affiliate Agents represent the entry level Dealership.
There is a very small investment to become an Affiliate, all of which is
reinvested by MultiSoft Corporation back into your success. Affiliates are invited to
receive a full day of immersion training at the MultiSoft Corporation corporate office.
Each Affiliate receives their own personalized replicating sales website
through which he or she can promote and sell MultiSoft Corporation software.
Each Affiliate receives a powerful personal contact management (CRM) account
at
www.contacted.com to manage their leads, right through to sales.
Each sale generated through your replicated website will reward you, the
Affiliate, with a commission on the value of the initial sale and you DO receive
ongoing residual commissions.

- Then, after passing the course, pay the $199 one time Education Fee.

Standard Dealer:
The Standard Dealer opportunity represents the entry
point for those committed to building a successful MultiSoft Corporation Dealership. There
is a small investment to becoming a Standard Dealer, most of which, is
reinvested by MultiSoft Corporation back into your success.Standard Dealers are provided
with a full online training course and its accompanying sales aids.
Additionally, Standard Dealers are invited to spend two full days at the
MultiSoft Corporation Corporate office and receive personal hands on instruction. This time
will be allotted to not only making you feel comfortable with our software and
sales process, but also to thoroughly answer any other questions that you may
have.
Each sale generated by a Standard Dealer will award the Standard Dealer with
a commission on the value of the sale.
In addition to the commission issued on the initial sale, Standard Dealers
also receive an override on all paid, residual ASP (Application Service
Provider) fees charged to customers they refer, for the term of the clients
relationship with MultiSoft Corporation.
As will be discussed further in this document during the product review,
MultiSoft Corporation charges monthly fees on the recurring use of its software. All
customers you gather in your role as a Standard Dealer will automatically reward
you with an initial commission as well as a lucrative residual and ongoing
revenue stream.

Master Dealer:
The crown jewel of Dealerships, our Master Dealership, is
available to those who are qualified and serious and committed to building a
lucrative business for themselves. There is a onetime Master dealer fee for
becoming a authorized Master Dealer, most of which is invested back into your
success by MultiSoft Corporation.Master Dealers are provided with a full online training
course and its accompanying sales aids. Additionally, Master Dealers receive
four weeks of training and personal hands on instruction at their facility,
wherever in the world that may be. Whatever your needs – office leasing, staff
hiring, sales instruction, coaching, etc. – MultiSoft Corporation will be on site with you
to help address them.
Each sale generated by a Master Dealer will award the Master Dealer with a
commission on the value of the sale.
In addition to the commission issued on the initial sale, Master Dealers also
receive an override on any ASP (Application Service Provider) fees charged to
customers they refer.
MultiSoft Corporation charges monthly fees on the recurring use of its software. Any
customer you gather as a Master Dealer will reward you with an initial
commission as well as an ongoing residual revenue stream.
Beyond initial and recurring commissions, Master Dealers, subject to
reasonable minimum sales requirements, enjoy an exclusive and protected sales
territory. This exclusivity ensures that no other Master Dealers operate within
the given territory. It does allow for Affiliates and Standard Dealers to
operate in the territory; however an override is awarded to the Master Dealer
for each Affiliate or Standard Dealer sale occurring within the territory in the
form of an "Invasion Fee" (more fully described in our agreement).
Master Dealers will also receive an override on the initial sales made by
Affiliates in their territory. Further, Master Dealers will receive an override
on the initial sales and recurring residual ASP fees belonging to Standard
Dealers in their territory.
The MultiSoft Corporation corporate office will not actively seek to make sales nor
direct advertise within a Master Dealer’s territory, however...
If the terms or the agreement are met and current, any sales made by the
MultiSoft Corporation Corporate sales team will automatically credit in-full to the Master
dealer in the form of a Standard Dealer sale.


As a true Private Label Reseller (“PLR”) you may choose to alter our
established system or discard it once you are in full operation. It is fully within your rights to do so as
an Independent Agent.
One of MultiSoft Corporation’s foremost and primary jobs in the launch of a new PLR
Dealership is to help make it successful. We need to work in coordination with
one another in order for the relationship to produce the desired results. Your
success is contingent on us and our success is contingent on you.
In that spirit, you will be provided with and trained on our sales program
prior to opening your dealership. This will give you step by step instruction on
the processes that we have followed and built on since 1987.
Each new Dealer is required to complete our online training curriculum and
pass a certification test on the curriculum.
There are a number of purposes for this certification training regimen. First
is that it will familiarize you with who MultiSoft Corporation is, what our products are,
what we do, what we expect of you, what you can expect of us and how together we
can drive one another’s success, through professionally helping our valued
cients achieve their success.
Second, it proves to us that you understand our products, model and concept
and are prepared to undertake the operation of the PLR Dealership.
Third, it is a training tool that you can use for any new hires as they come
on board with you. This allows you to ensure that they will be an effective part
of your team.
Online coursework is not an activity for “weeding out”. We fully understand
that by making it this far, you are serious about your PLR Dealership and the
opportunities that it offers.
The explicit purpose of the online coursework is to ensure that you have the
information and understanding required to place your PLR Dealership in a
position to succeed and properly serve your clients.

One or more PLR Dealership continuing education principals are required to be
completed on an annual basis in order to maintain PLR Dealership in good
standing status.
Continuing education may occur at your facility or at the MultiSoft Corporation corporate
office, whichever is more convenient for you. This education is free of charge,
however if it occurs at your facility, you are responsible for the MultiSoft Corporation
representative’s travel and accommodation expenses.
Our Dealer program is NOT a franchise, we do however believe in training for
success and are committed to working with you - that's why we reinvest all of
the initial dealership fee back into your success.
Integral to keeping your PLR Dealership current with the latest that
MultiSoft Corporation has to offer, continuing education will also afford you the
opportunity to work hands on with a MultiSoft Corporation representative in order to address
any trouble areas you may have or discuss any ideas that could help your PLR
Dealership in its day to day activities.
MultiSoft Corporation values your feedback and wants to know what your experiences are,
so that we can use them to make our products better, as well as more saleable
for your PLR Dealership.
During your continuing education, a certain amount of time will be allocated
to reviewing new MultiSoft Corporation offerings and discussing your PLR Dealership and how
MultiSoft Corporation can help you take it to the next level.

By entering into a Dealership agreement with MultiSoft Corporation, you will be permitted
to use certain approved MultiSoft Corporation trademarks and logos in a pre-approved manner
only. You will not be permitted to communicate that you are an employee, agent,
shareholder or partner of MultiSoft Corporation.
Dealerships may not represent themselves as MultiSoft Corporation Dealers,
they must operate under a separate business name and URL (website address).
